Spring Court - Tiptree
There are only two houses left at Tiptree now, with our first occupation taking place this week. The site has really come into its own, and looks like it will be another one to be proud of!
The big news is that we are starting work on Castle Court in Castle Hedingham on the 9th August, with 2 out of the 6 houses pre-sold. With the market in its current situation, that’s a great testament to what a wonderful location this is…
…thus the reason we have now acquired, in addition, a single large plot for a superb and individual 3,000 square foot home in the centre of the same village, which likewise has interest already.

The Square, Broomfield – Excellent Example of Urban Design
Granville’s prestigious site, The Square at Broomfield, has been recognised by Chelmsford Borough Council as an excellent example of Urban Design. Matthew Firth, Director of Granville's comments “We always ensure that our development sites are in-keeping with the surrounding area and of the highest quality finish. We are pleased that our consistent delivery of these key aspects has been recognised by the Council and we will endeavour to continue to produce excellent developments”

- Churchfield Cottages are now ALL SOLD
- There is only one house remaining for sale at St Annes Gardens, Plot 5, and construction should be finished on the site by Christmas, with the buyers of Plots 2, 3, 4 & 6 all moving in before then!
- There is now only one Unit remaining at Threshelfords Business Park, with occupiers Trident, FMW, Rural Community Council of Essex and ourselves already in occupation, and Inntel moving in on the 15th December. The final phase of construction will commence in the New Year to build out Units E & G, rounding off the site, and allowing us to move onto our next commercial development.
